Reservations with arrival on Sunday are not possible.

Arrival is daily (except Sundays) between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. (April-September) and between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. during the other months. 

On Saturdays, there are different arrival times.

Groups of young people under the age of 18 are not permitted at our parks. In July and August, groups of young people under the age of 25 are not permitted. Young people under the age of 25 pay a deposit of €1.000 per accommodation.

The accommodations at Buitenplaats Witte Raaf aan Zee, Duyndomein Noordwijk, and Kleyn Noordwijk are equipped with a children's bed and high chair as standard. 
Additional children's beds and high chairs are available for rent at €7,00 per night. You must bring your own bedding for the children's bed.
 

You can park two cars at the property. For an additional car, you can purchase a parking permit for €5,00 per night for parking in the central parking lot, behind the barrier.

Daily check-out is between 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

Late check-out is only possible on Sundays. There are two options: until 1:00 p.m. for an additional fee of €40,00, or a lazy Sunday until 6:00 p.m. For Duyndomein Noordwijk, the additional fee is €100.00; for Buitenplaats Witte Raaf aan Zee, it is €95,00; for Kleyn Noordwijk and Duinpark De Witte Raaf, it is €70,00.

Yes, a deposit must be paid upon arrival. Preferably with a reservation on your credit card or payment by debit card.

The deposit for the two keys you will receive is €300,00 or €500,00. For young people under the age of 25 and groups, the deposit is €1.000,00. 

The deposit will be refunded within seven working days after departure if the property has been left in a clean and tidy condition.

You can pay the deposit as follows:
Credit card:     We will make a reservation on your credit card. The reservation will be unblocked within 7 working days.
Debit card:     The deposit will be refunded to your IBAN account number within 7 working days.
Cash:               Not possible.
 

Preferably: full payment in advance to our bank account NL02 RABO 0141 4703 48 in the name of De Witte Raaf Verhuur BV, stating your reservation number.

Upon arrival: Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, Unioncard.

Payment request: If desired, we can send you a payment request by email or mobile phone.
 

All homes have free Wi-Fi. The code can be found in the information folder provided in the home.

Yes, if you make a reservation with a preference for the location of the property or properties, a €45,00 administration fee will be charged. These agreements are not binding.

Cancellation conditions in short:
1. You can cancel your reservation with Noordwijk Vakanties up to 60 days before your arrival date if the reservation was made directly with or on the Noordwijk Vakanties website. The cost is €50,00.
2. If you booked directly with Noordwijk Vakanties, the rental price of the rescheduled reservation will be recalculated based on the rates applicable at that time.
3. If the reservation was made through an intermediary such as Booking/Interhome, the cancellation conditions of these organizations apply.
4. The Recron cancellation conditions apply to all reservations, with the exception of points 2 and 3.

 

At Noordwijk Vakanties, you can rebook your reservation once free of charge up to 10 days before your arrival date, if the reservation was made directly with or on the Noordwijk Vakanties website. The rental price of the rescheduled reservation will be recalculated based on the applicable rates.
 

At Noordwijk Vakanties, you can cancel your reservation up to 60 days before your arrival date if the reservation was made directly with or on the Noordwijk Vakanties website. The cost is €50,00.

Energy costs are usually included in the price. Any energy costs are listed separately on the website.

No, fireworks are not allowed.

If you have any complaints about the accommodation upon arrival, please report them immediately, but no later than 12 hours after arrival, to Noordwijk Vakanties.
Noordwijk Vakanties will try to resolve the complaint right away. In the event of a prompt report of a shortcoming and if the shortcoming could compromise the peaceful and normal enjoyment of the vacation home, Noordwijk Vakanties will make every effort to resolve it.

You must always give Noordwijk Vakanties the opportunity to find a suitable solution to the complaint during your stay.
Early departure or independently moving to accommodation other than that offered by Noordwijk Vakanties, releases Noordwijk Vakanties from any obligation to pay compensation.
If, despite the efforts of Noordwijk Vakanties, a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction during your stay, the guest may submit a written complaint by post or, preferably, by email. Noordwijk Vakanties will confirm receipt of the complaint within 14 days of receipt and will respond accordingly.

 

It is a mandatory housekeeping package, which consists of: final cleaning, bed linen, made-up beds, 1 towel package per person, kitchen towel package, bath mat, service package, and 2 free parking spaces.

There are two bicycle storage rooms available for rent at Duyndomein Noordwijk. They are 7 m² and 6 m² in size.
The cost is €20.00 per night, including electricity for charging bicycles.
 

You can order fresh bread rolls with us, except on Sundays and public holidays. The order list must be submitted to reception before 5 p.m. (Saturday before 12 noon for Monday orders). You can pick up your order from 9 a.m. the next day.

There are two charging points for your car at the Noordwijk Vakanties reception. Buitenplaats Witte Raaf aan Zee also has two charging points available. If desired, there are also two homes with their own charging station. A large number of homes at Duyndomein have electric charging stations.

Tapping electricity and/or charging vehicles at the property without an official charging point is not permitted and will result in a fine of €50,00 per violation.

There are two bicycle storage rooms available for rent at Duyndomein Noordwijk. They measure 7 and 6 m2, respectively. Electricity for charging bicycles is included.

A maximum of two pets are allowed in a limited number of houses. If you have more than two pets, we will check per reservation whether it is possible to move into a house with more than two pets. The cost is €10,00 per night per pet.
