Complaints procedure:
Do you have any complaints on arrival regarding the property, report this immediately, but within 12 hours of arrival at Noordwijk Holidays.
Noordwijk Holidays will try to solve the complaint directly in case of timely notification of a defect and if the deficiency is quiet and normally expected to bring enjoyment of holiday compromised, Noordwijk Holidays will try to eliminate it.

You should always give Noordwijk Holidays the opportunity to find a suitable solution to the complaint during your stay.
An early departure or the independent involvement of another accommodation than offered by Noordwijk Holidays, relieves Noordwijk Holidays from any responsibility for compensation.
If a complaint despite the efforts of Noordwijk Holidays is not satisfactorily resolved, the tenant may file a written complaint by mail or preferably email. Noordwijk Holidays will confirm the notification of the complaint within 14 days of receipt, and will take into consideration.
